Do I need to register?

Nope you do not have to register; you can access BoutiqueMate as a registered member, guest or simply use our site as a reservations tool. However, we highly recommend becoming a member, as you’ll get access to our special events, hotel upgrades and much more!

What happens to my personal information?

In order to better serve our clients we protect a limited amount of information for our members in order to host a constantly improving concierge experience. All information remains protected and held with the utmost respect for the privacy for our members.

How do I make a reservation for someone else?

Essentially the process is the exact same as it is to make a reservation for one’s self. Upon checkout, input the name and email of the intended recipient. Then just click send and the reservation will be expedited to the lucky member of your choice.

How do I book multiple rooms?

That’s easy, just click add/edit while in checkout and you will be enabled to make changes to your existing order. Also, you can add new reservations to your existing request; including re-searching any BoutiqueMate Hotels.

What do I do if my credit card is rejected?

No problem, sometimes these things happen. Please contact your credit card company immediately and explain what’s happened. Our team will work your credit card company to remedy the situation right away.

How can I review my confirmed reservation?

Simply log into your account and click on the Member’s Account Drop down. Select “Booking History.”

Simply log into your account and click on the Member’s Account Drop down. Select Booking History. Then select Cancel Reservation.
